Bar & Catering Percy Salazar (ex Ice Box) teamed up with Eskimo Ice late in 2004. Percy's CV is unmatched in the Ice Carving world and includes full size replica cars, life size elephant luges, whole rooms built from ice, as well as fantastic centre table pieces, corporate logos, ice bars and promotional ice sculptures and luges.
